Highly recommend Brown Mechanical. They have serviced us for years and are always very quick to arrive, arrive when they say they will, return calls quickly, and are very reasonable on their pricing. Recently, my elderly mother’s heat stopped working and after one quick message then a call, Brown was on their way out- which means a lot! Had Brown Mechanical Service install an HVAC in Nashville while based in California. Philip, Shonda and Dalton all exemplified great customer service and professionalism while quickly coordinating and touching base over emails, calls and texts. HVAC was installed in two days and approved by an inspector. I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
