Moved into a new house and third day here the AC is out. Called Brown’s and the technician (Jeremy) reached back out to me within a half hour. He gave me some things to try first to make sure there was a problem, which I appreciated. There was a problem. He came out same day and was able to fix it and give us some info on the unit which we appreciated. I will be doing business with them in the future, just hope on more of a preventive measure (haha)

Came the same day I called..friendly knowledgeable technician..highly recommend . They were trustworthy and didn’t try to sell or do things that weren’t needed. And that’s hard to find today!

Philip Brown and his team were very responsive to our call! On the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, our A/C stopped cooling. Late in the day when we realized it we called Brown Mechanical and within just a couple hours (after 5PM) they were on the scene and made necessary repairs to get it going for the holiday weekend. Thanks guys, perfect service!

My 22 year old York finally laid down. Browns came out and gave me an estimate on the unit replaced and all ductwork in the house. I’ve never been so impressed with a home repair. They did the entire job in 3 days and the pride they have in their work is way over the top. If you want a high quality job with great people working on your house, give these guys a call. They are honest and will do a great job for you.

A+ service. The blower motor to our HVAC needed replacing but with our unit being 19 years old and weighing all our options, we decided to have a new York gas heat and a/c unit installed. Mr. Brown came out and explained all our choices but never pressured us one way or another. After deciding on a new unit, we were pleasantly surprised to find out they had a unit and could install it that day! And this was on a Friday and very cold outside, but the men just got busy removing our old unit and putting in the new one. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone for heating, a/c installation or repairs.

Brown has been great to work with. We had a little mixup on the scheduling and I ended up buying gas logs that were too big for our fireplace but we were able to get everything installed on time for our holiday gatherings. They went above and beyond to make things right when there was an issue. I can tell they really care about their customers and would be happy to use them again.
